We are very happy with the tool, and it does exactly what it promises to do. We wanted to have a tool to help our employees and our partners stay up to date with the content we post on social media, our products and product launches, etc. Our partners, especially, would always ask for images, visuals, updates, news, videos, etc. to post on social media. Some of them also wanted an easy way to post our content on social media, as they had no time to create it themselves. With Ambassify, they can do it in a few clicks and it’s a lot easier for them to do than looking up media and thinking about creative captions to make social media posts. Our partners are now getting a lot more visibility on social media and the word of mouth is spreading. We can see that active users have grown their follower base, they get more impressions and reach on their posts and are helping us raise awareness and visibility.

Ambassify is the ideal marketing tool to get more attention on social media but also to ask your employees for opinions and suggestions. It’s a very user-friendly platform, everyone can use it without (intensive) training. Ambassify turns your employees into ambassadors. Additionally he Ambassify team shares ideas from other customers, which gives inspiration and allows to maximize the use of the system. Shout out to the support team! Assistance is almost immediate, they help to choose the most suitable campaign, take new ideas from their users into the further development of the platform, regularly announce new features, and so on.

Ambassify is a great product. It's easy to use, simple, intuitive. We've been using Ambassify to generate more internal engagement, involve them in various projects and decisions, and turn our employees into ambassadors. So far, the software has been serving us well: we've created an internal community in our organization and managed to take advantage of the different unique campaigns that are possible in the platform — asking for feedback, opinions, content recommendations, suggestions, or ideas, etc. We can always count on the help of the Customer team.

5/5

Ambassify is a great way to communicate with your preferred audience. They provide an excellent service when you need help but also make sure the platform and the backend are extremely user-friendly for everyone. The platform itself is very intuitive and easy to use, which makes for a great tool that anyone can use without needing intense training or experience with the software. As I said, the backend is clear and intuitive to use for everyone, which shows commitment to creating a tool that anyone can use and take advantage of. Not only does it work very well technically, but it is also studied and created for the average user who needs things to be simple, direct, and efficient. The fact that it is so user-friendly allows everyone to get things done quickly and efficiently and allows for great results in the end. I would say our best experience with Ambassify was with customer support, which is always very helpful and responsive. Our every question and doubt are answered quickly and professionally by the team, with frequent updates and great care. Top-notch quality and excellent service indeed!

The thing I appreciate most about Ambassify, is their support. Assistance is almost immediate and should the issue require some more time to figure out, they will update you frequently. The platform itself is very intuitive which makes it not only pleasant to work with, but fast as well. This allows us to launch campaigns in a moment's notice, right after meetings or when urgency is key. Also, the reporting really allows us to see how many people we reach through our ambassadors, which makes the brand awareness increase more tangible. Overall I think Ambassify is a great platform for us, especially because we have a lot of decentralized teams which we can keep in the loop effortlessly.

Having used Ambassify for several months now, we've greatly increased the rapport with our community. We can now offer incentives to our community in return for spreading word-of-mouth exposure in an easy and autonomous manner. As a crypto-focused finance app where word-of-mouth exposure is super important, Ambassify has been a great help in this area. Social Media engagement has more than doubled in the last 3-months of using the software and it has also aided other campaign types such as market research, idea-generation, and user-generated-content.

With Ambassify, we can quickly and efficiently reach out to our company's advocates with new content, whether it be company-related or just interesting for the industry, and it's very easy for them to access it and reshare it on their social media profiles when they want to. The platform is very intuitive and user-friendly, and it has helped us get more attention on social media. After only two weeks of implementation, we've seen a huge increase in social media views, our best number so far. It also offers some cool functionalities, such as the gamification features like the leaderboard and the rewards, which are fun and an excellent way to keep the employees motivated.
